All our collection styles are stocked in a full and inclusive size range.
CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Ivvaṇḍi does not accept or process exchanges, however, we are more than happy to process a return for you. Should you wish to select a different item, please place a new order online and we will ship your package to you as promptly as possible.
CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any orders manually via telephone. All orders must be placed directly on our online website. Click here to shop.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE USED?
Orders placed and processed for "Standard Shipping" are shipped and delivered to you via UPS.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER WHAT DO I DO?
We are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed.

Please allow up to 48 hours (not including weekends) for a response. We recommend checking your spam/junk folder as our emails can also be located there. Emailing about an Order – Please include Order Number (if available), the First and Last Name provided to place the order, and the email address used to place the order. Emailing about a Return/Refund- Please include the Tracking Number for the return package, Order Number, First and Last Name, and Email Address used to place the order.
ARE ORDERS PLACED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE CONSIDERED FINAL SALES?
Yes, items placed with a discount code applied at checkout cannot be returned. Included Final Sale items are Bodysuits, Swimwear, Shoes, and Intimates.
YOUR RETURN POLICY SAYS 7 DAYS, BUT IS THAT FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OR THE DATE I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
The 7-day period begins from the date of delivery (the day you received your package).
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, please allow two business days (48 hours) to pack and ship the order. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive from the day your order is shipped.
CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to info@ivvvandibrand.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note that any damaged item outside the 30-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been shipped. You can also choose to pay with PayPal or shop Pay.
WHAT IS SHOP PAY?
Shop Pay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four interest-free payments with no impact on their credit score.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Currently, we offer international shipping to Canada & Puerto Rico for $25.00 USD. The international delivery time frame is approximately 15-25 business days (Holidays & Weekends Excluded). All International Orders are Final Sales. International Taxes & Duties: You will be charged, and we will be collecting upfront for applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties at checkout. Note, in particular occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.
HOW DO I TRACK MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Once your package has left the U.S. you are unable to track the package. The last tracking information you will be updated with is a sorting facility within the U.S. This is an indication that your package is with the Customs Department in your country.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
If the 25 business days have passed, please contact our team at info@ivvandibrand.com. All orders placed within 25 business days; we ask for your patience as your package is on its way to you.
