SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC

We currently ship to all states. All shipping guidelines are not guaranteed as we cannot be responsible for carrier delays. Allow 24-48 hours for order processing before your order ships. Tracking number will be provided once the order ships, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days.

We aim to have your order shipped from our facility within 1-3 business days. However, it may take longer particularly during the peak season around year end or sales.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment using the tracking number link contained within the email.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or remove items.

Please be sure to use the correct address when placing your order! We are unable to change the delivery address once your order has been placed. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to inaccurate addresses being provided at the time the order is placed.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@ivvandibrand.com as soon as possible. Please provide your order number within your request. We will do our best to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.

We are unable to re-route an order once it has shipped. However, you may initiate a return for full refund within 15 days of the date your order was shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any dirt, sweat, deodorant stains or marks of any kind will prevent items from being returnable.

 LOST SHIPMENTS AND MISSING ITEMS

If your order shows as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please allow three (3) additional business days as carrier tracking numbers may show inaccurately. If you have not received your order after 3 additional business days have passed, please contact us. info@ivvandibrand.com and we will do our best to assist with locating your package.

 INTERNATIONAL

Customs & import duties are charged once an item has arrived in its destination country. These vary from country to country, and we have no control over what these charges will be. We advise you to check your local customs website before you place your order. These charges are not applicable to orders within the United States. We will not refund customs & import duties charged to you.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are not held liable for any custom fees in your country, hold times or incorrect shipping information provided.

Note: If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure they get to you as fast as possible. In this case, you will be given individual tracking codes, so you know exactly where your order is!
